Monday afternoon under the bridge

Just thinking about how glad I am that Christmas and New Years
is over...No, I'm not a Scrooge, I just think it is a very stressful
time of year and very crazy....

As I was getting ready for work today, I thought how comforting
routine is...

Also glad that I managed to make a couple of resolutions
and think I might have a chance to stick to them...

First of all I decided to try to be 100% in the moment be it at
work or play...Work today was different and more pleasurable just
for the effort...when I get it down, it should be amazing.

I haven't tried it at play yet...well I'm kind of playing here, but I'm
sure it will make a difference.

I also resolved to be happy...It sounds easy, but isn't
Not that I'm unhappy, I just hold back a certain bit of myself
even in the best of circumstances and in the best moments of
my life...

And I saw a quote I loved in December and would like to try to
make it a guide for daily living..."Be a small light in a dark room"
My little Dyl is one already, just by virtue of being alive.......

One more resolution....Be engaged in life....

Going to give it a try and see what happens...
